About Cascade Mountain
Cascade Mountain is a private, gated community located off the Blue Ridge Parkway, MM 199, in Fancy Gap in Carroll County, Virginia. It has over 400 resident and non-resident property owners. This community creates a peaceful atmosphere where residents can become carefree and revel in the natural surroundings. Members can relax by the pool, play tennis or pickle ball, hike trails, or fish in the community pond.

This mountain community offers awe-inspiring views and is nestled on 500 acres just off the Blue Ridge Parkway. The experience here is anything but typical. White-tail deer, fox, wild turkeys, bobcats, black bear, and many bird species inhabit the area. Cascading waterfalls and streams wind throughout the community’s old growth forest.
